In conjunction with the centenary of the annual Week of Prayer for Christian Unity (which began at Graymoor in 1908), CBS News will present a half-hour program on "Christian Unity" on Sunday, September 21st.  

Among the program's guests are:

Dr. Michael Kinnamon, General Secretary of the National Council of Churches;

Rev. George A. Kilcourse, professor theology at Bellarmine University, Louisville, KY;

Rev. James J. Gardiner, SA, director of the Graymoor Spiritual Life Center in Garrison, NY.

Discussions

The Ecumenical Council of San Diego will present a series of panel discussions related to the recent legalization in California regarding same-sex marriage and Proposition 8 on the November ballot which would declare marriage in the State of California to be between one man and woman exclusively.  There will be a cross section of panelists addressing this issue.
