POLICY ON PARISH/SCHOOL FINANCIAL REVIEWS

In order to be of assistance to pastors and their business staff and finance council, every parish and parochial school is to have a financial review when pastors are changed and at a minimum of every five years.
PROCEDURE

1. Diocesan representative performs the Financial Review.
2. Review of draft report by pastor (business staff and finance council).
3. Response of pastor (within 30 days).
4. Final report sent to pastor.
