Classes

  • Ovulation Method - based on the woman's understanding of cervical mucus changes. Instruction consists of two general classes one month apart with individual follow-up visits in-between. You must attend all five sessions for the complete method.

  • Sympto-Thermal Method - based on the changes in the woman's basal body temperature, cervical mucus and cervix. Instruction consists of four session held about two weeks apart. Married couples will be able to use the method after the first class; however, you must attend all four sessions for the complete method.

Fee per couple: $50.00, or for private instruction: $100
