Adult Faith Formation Coordinator

The Immaculata Catholic Church in San Diego has an opening for a part-time (20 hours) Adult Faith Formation Coordinator.  This person will develop and implement activities and programs designed to build up the faith life of adults in the parish for the purpose of enriching the faith life of the whole parish.  This will include planning and implementing the RCIA process.

The candidate will operate with a high level of delegation from the pastor and should have a Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Religious Studies, Religious Education, or a related field or equivalent experience and education, as well as spiritual leadership and collaboration skills.
